I installed oracle 9i to my pc (its running on xp), i need to create Oracle Management Server

Is there any reference link please send me

What is the Difference between Oracle Management Server Repository and the Stand Alone Mode?

I installed to oracle 9i to my pc(win xp ) , but I cant get backups, import / export functions in standalone mode, it will give a error and says create oracle management server and login, please help me
