HI folks,
Iam working on 11.5.0.
where is this resource file sitting (I know it is in AU_TOP).But here in the remote instance I am unable to find resource file.
My client is unable to open forms.

There is one more instance where resource is not present but still he is able to open his forms.

any idea guys?
