Quick question ?

How safe SQL Formatter to use to format production code ?

is it safe? in term of codes leak etc..

I wanted to use it AS i have some thousands of line of old code to be reverse engineer. so just wanted to check before using it.

What do you mean how is it safe?
It is just a formatter, it does not add (but spaces and new lines) or remove anything from your query.

Michel I meant that since we are exposing production code on third party site! so question of code protection arises !!

does it ?

Nothing wii happen what you are thinking....
It`s Just a formatter..Which does n`t know anything about your code or whether it is used in you production DB or test DB...Nothing.

If you are really concern about confidentiality then buy the stand-alone product (50$) which also contains other features.

How do you know that? Have you seen the code backing the website?
I think the question rahulvb asks is a very legitimate one. It shows he takes responsibility to keep his code confidential.
Nobody but the owners of the site can tell if the code offered to be formatted is stored anywhere.

And I bet it is at least in the site logs.
This is why I recommand him to buy the stand-alone version.
