Hi.

while running a process I'm seeing following error in the alertlog.

Failure to extend rollback segment because of 30036 condition

But, my undo tablespace is just occupied 2%

How to solve this error ???

Regards,
Brayan.

ORA-30036: unable to extend segment by %s in undo tablespace '%s'
*Cause: the specified undo tablespace has no more space available.
*Action: Add more space to the undo tablespace before retrying
the operation. An alternative is to wait until active
           transactions to commit.

Michel

Dear Michel,

when we say
Quote:
the specified undo tablespace has no more space available.

is that means, in DBA_FREE_SPACE no space available?

naz.
