In parallel, what will it take to migrate data from a PRODUCTION 9i database into a new TEST 9i database using DBLINKs or any other methods?

We want a complete duplicate of PRODUCTION system in TEST before we upgrade to Oracle 10G.Need your help!

May I know the steps that need to be done using RMAN Duplicate or
Export/Import? Any documents available?
