ORA-12528: TNS:listener: all appropriate instances are blocking new connections
*Cause: All instances supporting the service requested by the client
reported that they were blocking the new connections. This condition may be
temporary, such as at instance startup.
*Action: Attempt the connection again. If error persists, then contact the
administrator to check the status of the instances.

Oh no, not THIS guy again. He won't understand a single thing you tell him. He doesn't know what documentation is. I don't know how he even knows how to post a question based on his track record.

The answer is the same to the same question your posted yesterday.
Don't repeat your question every day.
If you have something new to say, add it to the previous topic.

ORA-00202: control file: '%s'
*Cause: This message reports the name file involved in other messages.
*Action: See associated error messages for a description of the problem.

Michel
